Shipping

Due to high volumes of orders, we try and process all orders as soon as possible. The orders typically get processed and shipped out within 24-72 hours of receiving an order. From that point, it takes 4-14 business days for your items to arrive depending on where you are located. We operate with two warehouses. One in the US and one overseas. When our US warehouse is out of stock, we ship directly from our overseas warehouse to reduce overall shipping times.

Tracking

As soon as your product is processed, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times. Please allow 24-72 hours for processing. Due to international tracking laws, your product will only be trackable in your home country. Please allow up to 12 business days to show movement on your tracking.

Unexpected Delays

In rare instances, shipping can take longer than expected. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation

Canceling an order is not possible once the item(s) have been processed and shipped. If you would like to cancel an order before it is processed, please contact support@ortishoes.com

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
